Do I need experience in the RCFE industry to attend?

You don't need to be licensed or already operating — but you do need to be serious. This isn't for people who are casually curious. If you're committed to starting, growing, or scaling an RCFE and ready to take real action, this room was built for you.

How many people will be there?

We're keeping it at 16 seats maximum. This is intentional — the small group format is what makes the hot seats, conversations, and direct access to speakers actually possible.

Who are the hosts?

This event is hosted by Amanda and Boris Palomino — active RCFE owners and operators who have built and scaled in this space, with over 100+ students they've mentored in California. You're learning from people who are doing it, not just teaching it.
